A product of Spain, and a complex blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximenez’ finest grapes: delicate finos, aged amontillados, and fragrant olorosos, this wine has a silky mellow smoothness. Fortified with the special brandy de Jerez, Harvey’s Bristol Cream has a particularly full and rich mouthfeel, with an intense dried fruit/raisin character, allowing for a sweet palate and rich lingering finish. Try chilled over ice with a slice of orange.
Made from Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes, Harvey’s Bristol Cream is fortified with young Jerez brandy. It is then aged and blended like a fino, i.e.- in a solera. This is unique for the area, as most other producers simply use vats.
