This Queen Adelaide Cabernet blend is crimson red in colour with purple hues. The nose consists of dark fruit and black cherry aromas, integrating well with the sweeter fruits of strawberry and rhubarb. Nutmeg and cinnamon spicy overtones complete the complex bouquet. The palate gives plenty of blackcurrant, plum and blackberry flavours, layered with a subtle oak influence. A generous and balanced palate with velvety tannins and a well-crafted touch of oak, this wine is best enjoyed with grilled chicken and roasted Mediterranean vegetables.
