Temple Bruer organic Sparkling Red

This certified organic, vegan friendly sparkling red from Langhorne Creek south of Adelaide is made from a blend of malbec, petite verdot and shiraz grapes, and is ideal as an aperitif, or equally compliments meat dishes such as pork ribs in a rich barbecue sauce. Aromas of cloves, spicy blackberry and earthy mushroom notes fill the glass, along with hints of cinnamon spice, while the palate is well balanced between a lively acidity, soft tannins and hints of sweetness that meld with the upfront flavours of blackberries and plums.
